Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days.
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Relix offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan for your convenience.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email so you can easily track your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Relix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
